Grown for its spectacular foliage, this perennial has long-stalked, heart-shaped, smoky purplish-black leaves. The 'Black Magic' Elephant Ear is a hassle free tropical plant suited to filtered sun or part shade. These elephant ears love water and nutrients especially over Spring and Summer. Growing up to 1-1.5m tall in the ground, the more you feed them to larger they will grow! In most parts of Sydney the plant will die down in winter and return the following Spring.
